Marcin Karlikowski has more than 15 years of professional experience holding manager positions in sectors of energy, oil, water management and transport.

From the beginning of 2018 he worked for Energa Group as President of the Management Board of Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowe im. M. Faradaya and simultaneously as Representative of the Management Board for Innovations.

He has gained a long-standing experience in ownership supervision serving in supervisory boards of such companies as: Agencja Rozwoju Innowacji, Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Żyrardów, Terminale Przeładunkowe Sławków-Medyka, Energop, Jastrzębskie Zakłady Remontowe „Dźwigi”.

Marcin Karlikowski obtained a PhD degree in law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and holds a diploma of Executive Master of Business Administration BCC GFKM of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Moreover, he is a graduate of PhD law studies at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and postgraduate studies concerning company law at University of Warsaw.
